

The RPS30+ is a medium-power atmospheric plasma system equipped with a multi-hollow surface dielectric barrier discharge (MSDBD) plasma unit, designed for the treatment of thermally sensitive surfaces at varying distances.
The RPS30+ model stands out with its separated plasma unit from the voltage source, allowing seamless integration into various processes. Additionally, it is designed for unlimited operation time, ensuring continuous and reliable performance.
The MSDBD unit features an array of 105 hollow-surface dielectric barrier discharges within precisely structured holes. The working gas flowing through these holes ensures efficient operation at distances of up to 5 mm.
